With 17 years in the seafood industry, his background in operations includes helping scale a small processor into a high-volume, value-added processing and distribution enterprise. This hands-on experience enables Eric to work closely with clients to identify their challenges and implement the right combination of technology and best practices to address them.

Will Borges III brings a deep understanding of seafood operations, from logistics and inventory to systems and compliance. Before joining NetYield, he led day-to-day operations at New Orleans Fish House for more than 2 decades, guiding warehouse teams, streamlining processes, and solving challenges in real time. At NetYield, Will works closely with seafood companies to implement systems that align with their workflows. He believes strong client relationships are built on trust, respect, and collaboration, and takes pride in being a hands-on partner who listens, understands daily realities, and delivers practical, lasting solutions.

With 20 years in the fresh seafood industry, with a focus on live lobster, Natalie Dorman has cultivated broad operational experience—from AR and AP to managing multi-location systems, inventory, and costs. Having been through multiple NetYield implementations firsthand, she rolled out new processes and configurations while aligning practices to bridge gaps between finance, compliance, and daily distribution. After years of working closely with the software as a client, Natalie was excited to join the NetYield team directly.

Alicia has been NetYield’s Product Manager for three years, helping shape new features and improvements in the software. With a background in tech and experience in product management and inventory planning, she enjoys turning client needs into tools that make daily work easier. Day to day, she’s prioritizing projects, writing feature specs, and collaborating with the development team to keep NetYield growing in the right direction.
